GameStop and Best Buy have Xbox Series X consoles for order right now (update: sold out at Best Buy)

Another week, another new supply of Xbox Series X consoles at GameStop. Hopefully, this is a trend of new console availability opening in 2022 to a point where soon anyone will be able to walk into a store and pick up their favorite hardware without the hassle. While we’re not quite there yet, the restocks remain fairly consistent.

GameStop has two Xbox Series X console bundles today, offered on its website for shipping to US addresses – unlike some of the recent in-store restocks we’ve seen. The first bundle includes the Xbox Series X console, Far Cry 6, NBA 2K22, a three-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and a $50 GameStop gift card for a total of $703.96. The second bundle has paired the Xbox Series X console with the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, a three-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and a $50 GameStop gift card for a total of $752.97.

This supplement is not limited to: GameStop Pro Subscribers, but be sure to create a basic account or log into your existing account on the GameStop site to streamline the process with your purchase information filled in, and always remember that patience and persistence are key. You may get an error message or a sold out message when you add something to your cart, but keep renewing and trying the listing while the Add to Cart button is still there.

Xbox Series X

The Xbox Series X is Microsoft’s flagship console and serves as its most powerful (and largest) option. While the Series S focuses on smooth 1440p performance and takes a disc-less approach, the $500 Series X focuses on fast-paced 4K gameplay.

Accessories for Xbox Consoles

Xbox Wireless Controller

Microsoft’s latest Xbox controller has a share button and a USB-C charging port if you decide to use the optional rechargeable battery.

Xbox Wireless Headset

Don’t miss a call while you’re gaming thanks to Microsoft’s Xbox Wireless Headset, which often sells for $89 instead of the full $100. In our review, we found it to be a comfortable, intuitively designed headset that is well worth its price. In addition to working well with Xbox consoles, it can connect to another device via Bluetooth at the same time.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (three month subscription)

What good is an Xbox without games? Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offers access to over 100 titles, including Doom, Hades and Halo Infinite, which you can play on multiple devices. The pass also gives subscribers access to exclusive deals, online multiplayer and Microsoft’s cloud gaming service, Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Halo Infinite Collector’s Steelbook Edition

The latest installment in the beloved sci-fi first-person shooter franchise delivers a hefty campaign, along with a free-to-play multiplayer mode. This physical version comes with a free steelbook case.

Forza Horizon 5 (Xbox, Physical)

Forza Horizon 5 is the latest of the long-running open world racing game developed by Playground Games. It is an Xbox exclusive title, playable on both Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles. The new episode is set in a lusciously detailed Mexico landscape and will feature over 500 cars at launch.
